Exchange and Returns
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order from ElliotGeorge, or you wish to exchange it for another bag, we will more than happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt providing the items are unused and undamaged. (Please note that postage costs are not refunded). This does not affect your statutory rights. If you return an item for exchange or refund by post, please enclose a covering letter stating:
•Your reasons for return
•A copy of your receipt where possible
•Full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.
Goods being returned to ElliotGeorge are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage.

Fulfilment of Orders
ElliotGeorge endeavour to fulfil orders from our website within 1-2 working days. Delivery times for any bespoke, special or custom orders will be confirmed prior to order - this does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order provided it has not already dispatched, in which case please refer to our Exchange and Returns Policy above.

Taxes on overseas orders
Outside the European Union (including Channel Islands), customers are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your customs authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence and are usually based upon a percentage of your invoiced value. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.
